The mirror eye gazing practice can be a confronting or a foreign experience at first. But, when one begins to let the surrounding distraction dissipate. What ensues is a phasing out sensation of the physical face and body as a a person just focuses on their eyes. 

Gazing into your eyes is an intimate & sensual practice that can elicit certain emotions to surface, It can be deeply penetrating for your psyche or at times challenging especially when uncomfortable emotion emerges.

Your are making contact with the essence and awareness within you. Whereby you start becoming aware of the awareness that is aware of you.

This is a time to fall in love with yourself. A time to honour you and a time to see your innate beauty.

Just allow this contact to be whatever it needs to be without any expectation. No judgement , no fear, just love.
