The joy derived from the ocean and swimming is an immense source of happiness for the Artist. A deep fascination with the aquatic realm, with its captivating underwater colours, has led Priya to explore various snorkelling and scuba diving destinations worldwide. Venturing to around 12 different locations along the breathtaking Great Barrier Reef on the North Queensland coast of Australia has been part of her aquatic odyssey.
 
Despite numerous journeys, the spark to create an underwater masterpiece was ignited during a visit to the Gili Islands in Indonesia. This enchanting locale, particularly Gili Trawangan, proved to be truly magical. Unlike other places, here, the marine life approached with a remarkable closeness, turning a routine snorkelling experience into something extraordinary. The realisation that the fish were seemingly observing the Priya rather than the other way around marked a profound, life-changing moment. This unique encounter has steered her toward a new and inspiring direction in their artistic endeavours.
